Job summary

ABX Air in the United States is seeking a Line Maintenance Representative to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, modifications and other line maintenance of aircraft, components and related equipment in accordance with specified manuals, procedures and FAA regulations.

You will communicate with all departments, travel regionally for station coverage and training, and work outdoors in all weather; on-call as needed; assist Airport Planning/Properties with property and environmental issues;

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma/GED.
• A&P License is required.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot aircraft systems.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, Modifications and line maintenance of aircraft, components and equipment per manuals, procedures and FAA regulations.
• Communicate with all departments within ABX Air.
• Travel regionally to provide station coverage, training and maintenance support.
• Work outdoors in all weather and be on-call as needed.
• Assist Airport Planning/Properties with property and environmental issues and maintain station manuals, parts and tooling inventory.
• Support aircraft deicing, snow removal, GSE maintenance, MXI work and travel regionally to verify stations pass FAA and QA audits.
