Job summary

ABX Air, Inc. seeks a Technical Operations Maintenance Representative to coordinate repair, modification and preventative maintenance of ABX aircraft with contract repair agencies.

You will manage projects to ensure ABX standards are met and oversee vendor activities at domestic and international locations. The role requires hands-on maintenance, Materials Management on-site, and acting as the liaison between ABX Engineering and vendor engineering.

Qualifications

• Must have HSD/GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR background check.
• Airframe & Powerplant license.
• 5 years experience in maintenance/overhaul of heavy jet aircraft engines (3 years on 767).
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently with strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally to support ABX at contract repair agencies.
• Ability to work unsupervised and obtain RII for 767.

Perform project management functions to ensure the aircraft is maintained to ABX standards. Perform vendor oversight as well as hands-on maintenance actions on ABX aircraft at both domestic and international locations as required. Manage, oversee and conduct all required Materials Management functions on-site at vendor location. Act as primary liaison between ABX Engineering department and vendor engineering department in all matters requiring engineering support.

Requirements
