Job summary

Adoreal Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own and grow strategic product areas in a remote‑first US team.

The ideal candidate will deeply understand healthcare/fintech customers, translate needs into practical AI‑driven solutions, and partner closely with design and engineering to ship working software. You will drive roadmaps, write user stories, and use analytics to optimize user experiences while balancing speed and long‑term maintainability.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years in software product management, ideally in healthcare or fintech contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to understand patient/customer workflows and translate into product/technical requirements.
• Genuine technical fluency; able to read code and understand system tradeoffs.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools or products used to build real solutions.
• Builder's mindset: deliver working software over docs.
• Strong communication and collaboration across design, engineering, and business.

Responsibilities

• Own the full arc of a product area: understand customers and domain, define direction, and help build it.
• Translate understanding into a prioritized roadmap aligned with company mission.
• Build working software using AI tools alongside engineering, from prototype to production-ready.
• Partner with design from the start; collaborate, not hand off.
• Create clear product requirements and documentation to guide AI tools.
• Generate user stories and engineer-ready tickets from research and work, with refinement support.
• Leverage platform data and analytics to drive decisions and identify frictions.
• Decide when to build vs. integrate, balancing speed and maintainability.
• Set high standards for product excellence and establish best practices.
