Job summary

Adoreal Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and evolve a product area in a remote-first US‑based role. You will deeply understand customers, define the roadmap, and build working software with engineering and AI tools.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration with design and data‑driven decision making. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in software product management in healthcare or fintech, strong technical fluency, and experience with AI development tools.

Qualifications

5–10 years in software product management, healthcare or fintech preferred.
Ability to translate complex workflows into product requirements.
Hands-on with AI development tools and practical applications.
Strong technical fluency without requiring production code.
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
Experience building integrations and backend/ERP related work.

Responsibilities

Own the full arc of a product area from customer understanding to roadmap.
Define, prioritize, and execute a data‑driven product plan with design and engineering.
Build working software with AI tools alongside engineers, when appropriate.
Collaborate with design from start to finish; avoid handoff silos.
Create precise product requirements and clear user stories for engineering.
Use analytics to identify friction and recommend improvements.
Decide when to build vs. integrate for long‑term maintainability.
