Adoreal Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own and grow a product area in a remote-first environment across the US. You will deeply understand customers, define the roadmap, and work hands-on with AI-driven tooling alongside engineering.

The role emphasizes collaboration with design, data-driven decision making, and building scalable, high-impact solutions for healthcare or fintech contexts.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in software product management, ideally including healthcare or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to understand customer needs, synthesize feedback, and drive product changes.
• Hands-on with AI development tools or products used to build real solutions for customers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across design, engineering, and business.
• Experience building infrastructure and integrations related to financial or payment processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full arc of a product area, understanding customers and domain deeply.
• Define and prioritize a roadmap aligned with Adoreal's mission.
• Build working software using AI tools alongside engineering, not just give a spec.
• Collaborate with design from the start; product and design work side by side.
• Create clear product requirements and documentation to enable AI tooling.
• Generate user stories and engineering-ready tickets from research and refine with engineering.
• Use platform data and analytics to guide decisions and improve the experience.
• Decide when to build versus integrate, balancing speed and maintainability.
