Cardinal Health is seeking a Customer Training Consultant to lead enterprise-wide training initiatives for WaveMark in U.S. hospital systems.

You will partner with hospital leadership to design and execute comprehensive training plans, deliver both onsite and virtual sessions, and ensure successful handoff to Customer Success teams. The role requires a strong healthcare training background, strategic planning skills, and expertise in adult learning methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD, Kirkpatrick) preferred.
5+ years of experience in training, consulting, change management, organizational transformation or organizational development within healthcare preferred.
Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) or healthcare IT solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Leadership Engagement: Facilitate strategy sessions with hospital leadership to assess training needs and align with organizational goals.
Training Execution & Delivery: Deliver Train-the-Trainer programs onsite, equip internal trainers, and manage virtual training sessions using Zoom or MS Teams.
Implementation & Handoff: Oversee training from planning through go-live and ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success with clear docs.
Oversee and monitor training effectiveness and provide post-training support as needed.
