Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Customer Training Consultant to lead strategic training initiatives within hospital systems for WaveMark. This role partners with hospital leadership to develop and execute enterprise-wide training strategies, delivering both onsite and virtual sessions and ensuring a smooth transition to customer success teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Certification in training or instructional design preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in training, consulting, change management, organizational transformation or organizational development within healthcare preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) or healthcare IT solutions preferred.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design preferred.
• Proficiency in virtual training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills preferred.
• Ability to travel 75% to customer sites (hospitals and healthcare systems).
• Customer/vendor credentialing is required (vaccinations etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise training plans with hospital leadership.
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer programs onsite and manage virtual trainings.
• Ensure training content aligns with hospital workflows and solution implementations.
• Oversee handoffs to Customer Success with clear documentation.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide post-training support.
