Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering a positive candidate experience across Illinois and Wisconsin.

The successful candidate will collaborate with HR leadership and the Talent Acquisition COE to meet staffing demands and onboard top talent. Remote position with occasional travel; candidates must reside in WI, IL, or MO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
• 1 year talent sourcing experience preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top clinical and non-clinical talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and the Talent Acquisition COE to align staffing needs and recruitment strategy.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and timely communications throughout the process.
