Job summary

SC Johnson Professional is seeking a senior product marketing leader to drive the US Healthcare segment, shaping strategy, portfolio priorities and growth initiatives. You will partner with RD&E, Regulatory, Legal and commercial teams to develop differentiated value propositions and campaigns.

Based in Charlotte, NC with hybrid work options after onboarding, you will collaborate with sales and marketing teams across regions to translate insights into market success and improved margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of product marketing experience with a track record in innovation and portfolio strategy.
• 2+ years delivering products/solutions for the healthcare market.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of strategy and growth plan for the US Healthcare segment.
• Identify growth opportunities using market trends, competitor activity and performance data.
• Own end-to-end innovation processes for NPD/EPD with RD&E and stage-gate processes.
• Develop segment-specific value propositions, messaging and claims with cross-functional teams.
• Manage the product portfolio, lifecycle, mix optimization and margin support.
• Translate strategy into campaign briefs, messaging frameworks and marketing materials.
• Support segment training for sales, marketing and customer teams.
• Collaborate with National and Field Sales to align priorities with market opportunities.
• Monitor segment performance and adjust actions to improve growth.
