Responsibilities

• Obtain Resident Life and Health Insurance License within 30 days.
• Learn inbound insurance call center roles, systems, processes, and compliance.
• Handle inbound calls, transfer qualified calls, and process applications.
• Update CRM with customer information and collaborate with teammates.
• Participate in researching, preparing, and delivering a final executive presentation.
• Engage in mentorship, networking, and enterprise-wide opportunities.
