Job summary

Carrum Health, Inc. seeks a Proposal Specialist to own end-to-end RFP/RFI responses, coordinating SMEs and content management to drive new client partnerships in a remote-first setup across the United States.

You will track deadlines, ensure quality and compliance, and continuously improve content libraries while collaborating with Solutions & Strategy, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of RFP writing/management; health plan exp preferred; healthcare-adjacent ok.
• Excellent proofreading skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax).
• Experience with Google Suite, Loopio and RFP posting sites (MercerVIP, Shortlister, BenefitPitch).

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of RFPs/RFIs and ensure on-time submissions.
• Leverage library content to answer questions and craft win themes.
• Coordinate cross-functional SME contributions and track deadlines.
• Maintain content libraries across internal/external sources.
