Qualifications

Currently pursuing (final-year student) or recently completed PhD in pharmacy, outcomes research, epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, health economics, public health or health services research.
Knowledge in quantitative health outcomes research, analytics, and statistical techniques.
Knowledge of causal inference methods or completion of relevant course work on quasi‑experimental methods (e.g., propensity score analysis, inverse probability treatment weighting, interrupted time series analysis, regression discontinuity designs, instrumental variable analysis, and/or causal mediation analysis).
Ability to commit to at least part‑time employment for 16 to 20 weeks beginning in November 2026.
Experience working collaboratively on research teams.
Proficiency in at least one statistical coding language.
Interest in a career in healthcare research.

Responsibilities

Contribute to study conceptualization, literature reviews, proposal writing.
Study protocol development.
Execute statistical analysis per specifications in study protocol and under supervision of experienced research scientists.
Reporting and interpretation of results.
Contribute to manuscript development.
