Knowledge of causal inference methods (e.g., propensity scores, IPTW, ITS, RD, IV, mediation).
Ability to commit to at least part-time employment for 16–20 weeks starting November 2026.
Experience collaborating on research teams.
Proficiency in at least one statistical coding language.
Interest in a career in healthcare research.

Responsibilities

Contribute to study conceptualization, literature reviews, and proposal writing.
Develop study protocols.
Execute statistical analyses per protocol under supervision.
Report and interpret results.
Contribute to manuscript development.
