Qualifications

• Previous healthcare recruiting experience required.
• Experience with travel nursing or locum tenens strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen qualified healthcare professionals.
• Build relationships with clinicians nationwide.
• Match candidates to contract, travel, PRN, and locum assignments.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and clinicians.
• Maintain accurate ATS documentation.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with credentialing and onboarding teams.
• Meet recruiting and placement goals.
