Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to join as a 1099 Independent Contractor. You will recruit clinicians nationwide for contract, travel, PRN, and locum assignments, building strong relationships and coordinating interviews with clients.

Expect an uncapped commission model with 40% gross profit on placements and weekly payouts. You will leverage provided ATS, credentialing support, and marketing resources to maintain candidate pipelines and meet placement

Qualifications

• Experienced healthcare recruiter with a track record in travel nursing, locum tenens, or advanced practice staffing.
• Ability to build relationships with clinicians nationwide and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills, with ATS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen qualified healthcare professionals.
• Build relationships with clinicians nationwide.
• Match candidates to contract, travel, PRN, and locum assignments.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and clinicians.
• Maintain accurate ATS documentation.
