Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• Master's in Public Health or related field is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or related field with quality initiatives is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are required.
• Solid organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze trends and stakeholder feedback for educational resources.
• Collaborative with colleagues, program leads, and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Program Website and ECE management: Maintain and update program information and ECE content.
• Provider Support and Communication: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and Q&A tools.
• Educational Event Coordination: Assist with teleconferences, webinars, and learning activities.
• Education and Training Needs Assessment: Identify trends and emerging educational needs from feedback.
• Educational Content Development: Develop and organize educational materials with education specialists.
• Program Coordination and Administration: Maintain records, track deliverables, and coordinate information.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Additional Project Support: Take on duties as directed by project leadership.
