Job summary

Norwood, a remote-first staffing and solutions company in healthcare, seeks a detail-oriented Solutions Project Coordinator to support multiple projects across teams. The role reports to the Project Support Manager and involves coordinating schedules, analyzing data, and delivering dashboards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in related roles, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset suitable for a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a project coordination or data analytics role, preferably in healthcare
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in analytics or reporting, including Power Query and Macros
• Experience with healthcare consulting or technology firms; revenue cycle knowledge preferred
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proactive self-starter who communicates clearly with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholder schedules and logistics for project activities and onsite visits
• Analyze large datasets to support project execution, reporting, and analytics using visualization and automation tools
• Build and maintain project dashboards and reports to track metrics, resource use, and KPIs
• Draft meeting agendas and document follow-ups to ensure accountability
• Deliver detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders
• Monitor progress, identify risks or gaps, and escalate issues with recommended next steps
• Collaborate with project leads to resolve client and project issues
• Support project communications, track status updates, and manage resources
