FullStack is seeking a Healthcare Data and Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will work with clients in either team augmentation or product team design & build engagements, delivering analytical insights from healthcare data.

Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong SQL, and a four-year degree. This role offers 100% remote work with opportunities to collaborate across North America’s top healthcare and tech clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, data analysis, or data operations experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Deep experience in working with healthcare data, including medical claims, pharmacy claims, eligibility, enrollment, or payer/TPA/PBM benefits.
• Expertise in using SQL to join complex datasets, investigate discrepancies, and construct maintainable analytical logic.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, PHI regulations, and healthcare data security controls.

Responsibilities

• This role will work on team augmentation or design & build engagements with clients.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver analytical products and insights.
• Create recurring analytical reporting, data dictionaries, and metric definitions for clients or leadership.
