Formación

• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
• Licensed architect with active registration
• Eight years combined experience as intern architect and/or architect
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Strong knowledge of codes, operations, processes, and trends
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Project Architect.
• Take responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and approval of materials and construction.
• Lead design development for healthcare projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors and/or clients.
• Manage project budget, schedule, and workforce projections.
• Oversee construction administration, change orders, and project communications.
• Provide architectural production support as required.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and respond to RFIs.
