Archinect, a leading design firm in healthcare environments, seeks an experienced designer to lead multi-project teams, set priorities, and manage milestones. The role requires coordinating with partners, guiding teams, and delivering thoughtful, crafted design solutions.

The ideal candidate holds an architecture degree, licensure, and 4–8 years in healthcare design with 1–5 years in a leadership role, proficient in Revit and the CS suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 4-8 years of experience in healthcare design; 1-5 years of management experience.
• Professional licensure.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with healthcare codes & design best practices.
• Ability to sketch, digitally or by hand.

Position Responsibilities

Will lead design of healthcare projects at various scales, working closely with project team, to develop and execute our vision for thoughtful, crafted design. Candidate must be comfortable collaborating with a team, working on multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines & budgets.

• Delegate tasks responsibly; mentor and guide project team members
• Actively contribute to internal & external design dialogue

Required Qualifications
