Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of hospital supply chain experience.
• MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory, Contracting, Logistics, A/P Finance, and Value Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Directs the purchasing of all hospital supplies independently.
• Interacts with vendors and hospital departments to communicate pricing, availability, and delivery.
• Coordinates and supports repairs, returns and cancellations of orders as needed.
• Leads negotiations with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and contract compliance.
• Maintains professional vendor relationships and sources pricing and contract-related issues.
• Executes emergency purchase orders when time-sensitive due to patient needs.
