TheDesignGroup is seeking a remote Healthcare Planner with a leadership mindset to guide planning, programming and master planning for healthcare projects. You’ll work with DG teams and clients to shape facility programs and schematic design while maintaining design excellence.

Travel to Ohio is required monthly. The role emphasizes thought leadership, client relations, and collaboration with healthcare and design specialists to deliver phased master plans and cost-aware solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in healthcare programming, planning and design.
• Ability to develop facility programs and designs per client needs and industry standards.

• Lead projects from master plan through design development.
• Perform facility programming and planning tasks.
• Coordinate existing conditions assessment and engineers.
• Research zoning and building codes.
• Translate service line volumes into functional space programs.
• Lead stakeholder interviews and design input meetings.
• Assist in cost estimating, scheduling, and databases.
