Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Account Executive (Media) for healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising. This remote US role connects client services to campaigns, coordinating across media strategy, search, programmatic, social, analytics and creative partners.

The position emphasizes media fluency, strong account teamwork and budgeting, with a focus on timely and accurate client communications and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or advertising.
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive within an advertising, marketing, communication or related industry.
• Experience with direct client contact.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manages the workflow of all assigned accounts to keep jobs on track and completed accurately.
• Develops and maintains account status reports and timelines with project managers.
• Owns deck for meetings and ensures accuracy of materials prior to client delivery.
• Assists in estimating agency fees for client proposals and in preparation of job budgets.
• Maintains accurate records of client expenditures, time utilization, and billing information.
