Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking a Remote Healthcare Operations Business Analyst Manager to join the Transformation Office at Texas Oncology. This leadership role focuses on aligning digital health initiatives with clinical workflows and enterprise goals, while supervising the BA team and ensuring high-quality delivery across initiatives.

You will partner with clinicians, IT, operations, and vendors to map processes, define requirements, and validate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 8 years of healthcare analytics, transformation, or leadership experience with BA responsibilities.
• Certifications in BA (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with clinicians, operations, revenue cycle, and vendors.
• Capture, analyze, and document business needs and align with strategic priorities.
• Draft BRDs and related artifacts for initiatives.
• Develop process maps, future-state workflows, and use cases.
• Document workshop outcomes into visual models and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure vendor solutions align with workflows.
• Support change management activities and training material development.
• Mentor and coach Business Analysts for growth and capability.
• Maintain KPI measurement frameworks and project dashboards.
