Job summary

The US Oncology Network seeks a Remote Healthcare Operations Business Analyst Manager to join the Transformation Office in Texas Oncology. Based primarily in Dallas, this role leads the BA team, partners with clinicians, operations, IT, and vendors to align digital health initiatives with organizational goals, and ensures measurable delivery across initiatives.

You will mentor analysts, standardize methodologies, and drive KPI tracking while supporting change management and training materials.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years as a Business Analyst in healthcare or technology transformation.
• Experience mentoring analysts or project teams.
• Knowledge of BPMN, requirements management, and process mapping.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with clinicians, operations, revenue cycle, and vendors.
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements that support strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Draft and maintain BRDs and related artifacts for initiatives.
• Develop process maps, future-state workflows, and use cases to support design and delivery.
