Job summary

Texas Oncology, part of The US Oncology Network, seeks a Remote Healthcare Operations Business Analyst Manager to lead the Transformation Office. The role is primarily based in Dallas, Texas, with ~20% travel for training and meetings.

You will supervise the BA team, align initiatives with clinical and IT partners, and drive measurable outcomes across the organization. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years as a BA in healthcare, strong leadership, and experience with BRDs, process mapping, and KPI

Qualifications

• 6-8 years as a BA in healthcare, digital health, or technology transformation.
• Mentoring or leading analysts or project teams.
• Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, documenting artifacts.
• Experience supporting change management and KPI/outcome measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with clinicians, operations, revenue cycle, and vendors.
• Elicit and document requirements supporting strategic priorities.
• Draft and maintain BRDs and artifacts.
• Develop process maps, future-state workflows, and use cases.
• Document workshop outcomes into visual models and deliverables.
• Apply healthcare workflow knowledge to map and optimize processes.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure solutions meet documented needs.
• Validate deliverables and maintain traceability between requirements and solutions.
• Support change management activities and training materials.
• Track project progress, issues, and risks with stakeholders.
• Coach and supervise Business Analysts for growth and competency.
