Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Provider Recruitment and Contracting Analyst to support network adequacy guidance in the assigned territory. You will analyze contracts, perform targeted gap reporting, and help remediation planning to strengthen network performance.

The role requires ability to travel for internal meetings (overnight stays <3%), and involves complex hospital and physician contracting activities. We offer telecommute options and a competitive compensation range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and at least one year experience developing and negotiating provider contracts OR 5 years managed care operations experience handling independent work with at least one year experience developing and negotiating provider contracts.
• Meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Verbal and written communication skills, organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Provider Recruitment and Contracting to ensure network adequacy guidance in assigned territory.
• Perform analysis, targeted gap reporting, and remediation planning for network management operations.
• Assist with complex hospital and physician contracting activities. Willingness to travel to offices for internal meetings as needed (overnight stays).
