Job summary

Spherix Global Insights seeks a Market Research Panel Associate to support the Community and fielding of healthcare market research studies. You will help recruit and engage physicians and other professionals, manage participant data, and assist with honoraria administration.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with research, operations, and external partners, handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is available to the employee's home location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Spherix Community, maintaining accurate participant profiles and engagement history.
• Recruit and engage physicians and healthcare professionals for various market research opportunities.
• Identify outreach opportunities to grow the community through targeted recruitment.
• Develop engagement strategies to encourage ongoing participation and strengthen relationships.
• Provide timely responses to participant questions relating to research participation and honoraria.
• Assist with administration and tracking of participant honoraria.
• Support fielding activities for syndicated and custom studies across Spherix.
• Monitor recruitment progress and key fielding metrics from launch to close.
• Escalate issues and communicate updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Coordinate with external sample and recruitment partners when additional participants are required.
• Support vendor bid requests, feasibility assessments, and fielding coordination.
• Ensure projects meet specifications, timelines, and established procedures.
