Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation seeks candidates for its Leadership Development Program to support strategic, analytical projects and divisional planning. You will assist the development of the business plan and strategy for Retail Markets while interfacing with various business teams to align with the company's overall strategy.

Qualifications

Pursuing an MHA, MHSA, MPH, MS-HSM, MBA or similar master’s degree with interest in health care management and strategic planning.
Graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
Unrestricted US work authorization; no OPT/CPT or visa sponsorship.
Strong project management, organization and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with personnel across departments and levels.

Responsibilities

Support broad strategic, analytical projects and divisional planning.
Assist development of the business plan and strategy for Retail Markets.
Coordinate with multiple teams to understand business needs and align with HCSC strategy.
Interact with senior leadership and present project outcomes.
