Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation seeks candidates for its Leadership Development Program to support strategic, analytical projects and divisional planning. Qualifications

  • Pursuing an MHA, MHSA, MPH, MS-HSM, MBA or similar master’s degree with interest in health care management and strategic planning.
  • Graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
  • Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
  • Unrestricted US work authorization; no OPT/CPT or visa sponsorship.
  • Strong project management, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with personnel across departments and levels.

Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Supporting A Broad Array Of Strategic, Analytical Projects And Divisional Planning. Assisting With The Development Of The Business Plan And Strategy For Retail Markets, As Well As Ad Hoc Analytic Projects. Interfacing With Various Business Teams To Achieve Goals And Desired Outcomes, Developing Thorough Understanding Of Business Needs And Coordinating Them With The Overall Hcsc Strategy.

What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?
  • Currently pursuing an MHA, MHSA, MPH, MS-HSM, MBA or similar master’s degree with an interest in health care management and strategic planning.
  • Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
  • We are not offering this program under OPT or CPT or sponsoring work visas for these roles.
  • Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience interacting with personnel across departments and at various levels of an organization.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
  • Experience with analytics and information synthesis.
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office products.
What Do You Need to Be Successful?

Preferred: health insurance or health care industry experience or a strong interest in the industry.

What Does the New Grad Program Entail?
  • Participants hired into the Leadership Development Program also participate in HCSC’s enterprise New Grad experience, which complements role-specific development during their first year.
  • Formal New Employee Orientation to build business and industry acumen.
  • A six-month enterprise development experience designed to support the transition from school to the workplace.
  • Professional development focused on communication, relationship building, navigating workplace challenges, critical thinking and career growth.
  • Opportunities to connect with peers and company leaders across HCSC.
  • Meaningful role-specific work and development through the 12-month Leadership Development Program.

Base Pay Range $63,300.00 - $114,300.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
