Job summary
A healthcare IT solutions provider is seeking a Project Coordinator – Data Migration to support a healthcare data migration initiative. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in project coordination within healthcare IT. Responsibilities include maintaining project timelines, tracking action items, and supporting data migration efforts. Flexibility to work remotely is available, with some on-site support required during Go-Live periods. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in EMR implementations.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in project coordination, healthcare IT, or clinical operations.
Experience supporting data migration efforts preferred.
Familiarity with Athena EMR or similar EHR/EMR systems strongly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Maintain project timelines, milestones, and action-item tracking.
Coordinate and schedule stakeholder meetings.
Track risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate concerns to the Project Manager as needed.
Support data migration activities across technical and operational teams.
Assist with documentation, reporting, and status updates.
