Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management or enterprise technology implementation.
• Proven experience managing complex IT implementations and vendor deliverables.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream projects in healthcare analytics.
• Ability to develop integrated project plans, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated project plan across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate activities across data acquisition, vendor management, and implementation workstreams.
• Collaborate with business, IT, data/analytics, and implementation leads to ensure timely execution.
• Track schedules, milestones, and resource requirements; identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
• Manage external vendors and implementation partners, including meetings and milestone tracking.
• Oversee testing, deployment readiness, and transition to operations.
• Provide status reports and escalation summaries to leadership.
