Job summary

Aledade is seeking a subject matter expert in HL7, 837, and CCDA interfaces to manage the delivery of interface projects across partner practices. You will lead planning, discovery, connectivity, data delivery, and live deployment of interfaces to enable access to Claims, Scheduling, and Clinical data within our population health platform.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, own risk management, and drive timely project execution while solving complex interoperability

Qualifications

4+ years API/HL7/interoperability experience.
6+ years program management experience.
4+ years experience with interoperability standards.
Experience with EHR/practice management systems.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to ensure quality of project planning and execution while mitigating portfolio risks.
Coordinate multiple healthcare integrations projects’ lifecycle end-to-end.
Serve as the liaison between Integrations and internal partners.
Manage issues, decisions, risks, and escalations to leadership.
Present regular updates on program health to leadership.
