Requirements include an Associate degree or equivalent in CS/IS (Bachelor’s preferred), two years of healthcare system analysis, and Epic Bridges Certification. The role supports round-the-clock interface issues and upgrades as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in CS/IS or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of healthcare system analysis experience; leadership or PM experience preferred.
• Epic Bridges Certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes and maintains interface functions across healthcare applications.
• Coordinates upgrades with IT, end users and vendors.
• Collaborates with Epic team on interface requirements and testing.
• Documents features to support team communication and QA.
