Job summary

The position collaborates with clients, brokers, underwriters, and carriers to ensure accurate coverage placement and ongoing client service.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Property & Casualty Producer license.
• 3+ years of insurance account management/producer experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients and maintain relationships with healthcare administrators, risk managers, physician leaders, and executives.
• Policy Administration: manage issuance, renewal, and maintenance of medical professional liability policies and coordinate with underwriting teams.
• Provider Roster Management: maintain accurate records of enrolled providers and coordinate roster changes and renewals.
• PCF Administration: manage enrollment and renewal activities for state Patient Compensation Funds and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Financial Administration: assist with premium billing inquiries and surcharge payments.
• Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: ensure enrollments, filings, and documentation comply with state regulations and monitor licensure requirements.
