The role emphasizes Epic, HL7, and Workday integration, data warehousing, and governance throughout SDLC.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
• 7+ years of IT Architecture, Systems Analysis, Solution Design, Data Integration, or Enterprise Technology environments
• 5+ years of enterprise integrations and system architecture
• 3+ years supporting Epic in healthcare
• 3+ years HL7 interfaces and interoperability
• Hands-on with Epic integrations
• Workday integrations experience
• Data warehousing, ETL, modelling, and enterprise reporting
• Experience with API development, middleware, and data exchange methodologies
• SDLC experience and strong stakeholder management

• Analyze business needs and translate requirements into scalable technology solutions
• Develop and maintain architecture artifacts and diagrams
• Evaluate current-state architecture and recommend future-state improvements
• Support architecture governance and standards compliance
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical recommendations
• Design and support enterprise integration strategies across healthcare, HR, financial, and operations
• Lead development and documentation of integration architectures (APIs, ETL, middleware, file transfers)
• Develop and validate source-to-target mappings and data flows
• Ensure seamless connectivity between systems
• Collaborate with teams to identify risks and optimization opportunities
• Support Epic, HL7, and Workday integration initiatives
• Analyze interoperability requirements and support data exchange initiatives
• Maintain compliance with healthcare data standards
• Participate in SDLC and project delivery with Agile/DevOps practices
