You'll collaborate with analytics, product, and customer success teams, validating data, applying HIPAA safeguards, and leveraging AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working with healthcare financial data (claims, provider billing)
• 4+ years implementing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
• 4+ years end-to-end data integration (discovery, cleansing, transformation, validation)
• Strong SQL and relational database experience (Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of complex healthcare data packages into custom or Ursa Studio data models
• Design and operationalize validation checks to preserve data integrity
• Communicate with clients to understand data and intended analytical use cases
• Document processes and deliverables so non-technical stakeholders understand rules
• Collaborate with analytics engineers, customer success, and product teams to align delivery with client needs
• Support client implementation initiatives, including training and measure building
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery with domain knowledge
• Maintain knowledge of HIPAA procedures and collaborate with security teams
