Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst to ensure data integrity within the Encounter Submission organization.

You will analyze complex data challenges, research data and dashboards, and identify opportunities for process improvement while ensuring HIPAA compliance. You will collaborate with stakeholders, use Python, SQL, Databricks, Azure DevOps, and Power BI to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of Python experience in data analysis, quality, and analytics.
• 2+ years applying statistics and machine learning techniques.
• 2+ years building dashboards for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Python, SQL, Databricks notebooks, Azure DevOps, and Power BI to analyze data and uncover trends.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and independence.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve data issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Present insights clearly to internal and external partners.
• Improve data processes and advocate for innovative data management practices.
