Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a data analyst for the Call Reporting and Analysis team to develop operational reports and Power BI dashboards in support of healthcare operations. You will extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems using SQL, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to improve staffing and service line performance in a remote, full-time role.

Collaborate with teammates, analyze trends, and automate reporting workflows while maintaining data accuracy and governance

Qualifications

• Experience writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical concepts.
• Experience with large healthcare datasets in contact center or operations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc operational reports and dashboards.
• Extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems using SQL.
• Monitor contact center performance metrics and communicate insights.
• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards to show team and service line performance.
• Analyze volume trends, staffing utilization, and productivity metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation.
