Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/IT/Info Studies with 7+ years in Data & Analytics.
• Experience in Healthcare IT/Data.
• Experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, Teradata, Hadoop, Azure.
• Experience with job schedulers such as Zena, Control-M.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark.
• Knowledge of SDLC - Agile/Scrum/Iterative Development.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Knowledgeable about data mapping and data modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and technical requirements for data projects.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical specs with architects.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria for Epics in data initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to support business needs.
• Perform data profiling to understand data structures and quality.
• Validate requirements during delivery and UAT across projects.
• Identify healthcare/tech trends impacting data products.
