Mission driven, compassionate, and engaging individuals to join our Customer Experience team at Cochlear as Customer Order Insurance Specialist. In this role you will provide a world class customer experience to recipients, patients, clinicians, consumers, caregivers and/or family members of recipients as a member of our call center team.

Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma and 2 Years of experience in healthcare customer service
