Job Summary:
Reliant’s Remote - Customer Service Specialist (Florida) interact with the Company’s consumers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints while assisting them with managing their delinquent accounts. Our consultative approach helps debtors identify the most suitable way to resolve a balance in the best interests of all parties. Customer Service Specialist create a sense of urgency using a customer service demeanor while remaining both positive and professional at all times. This is a full time, non-exempt position that reports directly to the Department Manager. This position is eligible for telecommuting.
