Auxillium USA is seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Support Specialist to support healthcare credentialing and licensing operations. This temporary back-office role reviews provider and facility documentation, processes credentialing applications, maintains records, and communicates with internal teams and external organizations to ensure timely credentialing activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of administrative, healthcare support, customer service, claims processing, document review, or related experience.
• Strong computer proficiency including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting productivity and quality goals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review credentialing applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Process initial and renewal credentialing and licensing documentation.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and credentialing databases.
• Verify provider and facility information through approved sources.
• Track application status and follow up on outstanding documentation.
• Communicate professionally with providers, internal departments, and external credentialing organizations.
• Identify missing or incomplete documentation and request corrections.
• Maintain detailed audit trails and documentation.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations.
• Protect confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
