CoxHealth is seeking a Contract Specialist to review provider, workers' compensation, managed care contracts and other agreements. You will use standard contracting documents, develop ranking and tracking systems, and prepare contract summaries and notices.

You will facilitate communication between employer groups, third-party administrators, and office staff, and assist in maintaining complex spreadsheets of financial and reimbursement data for management.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors preferred in a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in healthcare, insurance, managed care, or related fields.
• Skills: contracting, claims processing, filing, or coding in provider offices or related orgs.

Responsabilités

• Review and understand provider, workers compensation, managed care and other contracts.
• Develop and implement contract ranking/qualifying system and tracking.
• Prepare contract summaries, notices, updates, and renegotiations.
• Facilitate communication between employer groups, third party admins, and staff.
• Maintain complex spreadsheets of financial and reimbursement data; day-to-day workflow.
