Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a System Contracting Lead (IT) to assess and negotiate third-party agreements, ensuring alignment with the system’s needs and requirements. You will lead negotiations for MSA, SOW, SaaS, and other contracts while coordinating with IT, Compliance, IS, and Finance to optimize cost, quality, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or 8 years of relevant experience.
• Two or more years of contracting experience
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management, preferably within healthcare

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming contracts, proposals, and agreements from third-party vendors to ensure alignment with system needs.
• Negotiate Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Consulting Agreements, SaaS, Licensing, and Maintenance Agreements to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Information Security, Finance, and other departments to tailor agreements to CoxHealth’s goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and use contract management software to track milestones and obligations.
