Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in client onboarding, service solutions, and revenue growth within the Customer Solutions Department. You will guide cross‑functional teams, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement to enhance the customer experience.

The role prioritizes problem solving, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on end‑to‑end project delivery and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management and business analysis within healthcare or laboratory services domain.
• Experience utilizing medical terminology, EMR workflows, and HL7 data standards to diagnose process bottlenecks and drive digital optimization initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Smartsheet for data analysis and visualization.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; translate data into actionable insights and narratives for leadership.
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience with stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross‑functional projects from initiation to completion with accountability for results.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as Project Charters, Gantt charts, and weekly status reports.
• Manage and improve end‑to‑end client onboarding and customer solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, lab, billing, logistics, and IT to resolve issues and optimize processes.
