Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join the Legal team and ensure we meet all compliance obligations. The role focuses on monitoring FWA issues, auditing provider billing and UM auth practices, and maintaining auditable records across teams.

You will partner with our Compliance Manager and payer division to manage risks in the DMEPOS space. Education includes a bachelor’s degree with at least three years in Special Investigation Unit-like roles, healthcare experience, and strong

Qualifications

• Audits of vendors and healthcare providers for FWA monitoring.
• Run the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse investigation processes.
• Support the Corporate Compliance program administration.
• Maintain auditable records of training and activities.
• Collaborate with credentialing, QA, and network management teams.

Responsibilities

• Audit providers in the network and respond to plan questions.
• Investigate compliance concerns and issues internally and externally.
• Ensure licensing and state filings are up to date.
• Conduct Security Risk Assessments and report to the compliance committee.
• Work with data security staff to address security issues.
