Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our Legal team. You will monitor for FWA issues, audit provider billing and UM auth practices, and research CMS alerts to manage compliance risks in the DMEPOS space.

You will collaborate across teams and report to the Compliance Manager, Payer Division. You will conduct vendor/provider audits, support our corporate compliance program, and help train staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in SIU or similar healthcare compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of FWA, HIPAA, and healthcare credentialing processes.
• Experience with data analysis, Excel, and preferably Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of vendors and healthcare providers to support FWA monitoring.
• Run Fraud, Waste, and Abuse investigation processes and document results.
• Assist administration of Corporate Compliance program and training tracking.
• Collaborate with credentialing, QA, and network teams to address concerns.
• Audit health plan interactions and respond to plan questions with documentation.
• Investigate compliance issues and ensure regulatory filings are up to date.
• Work with data security to address security issues and present findings.
