Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Compliance Manager to support the development, implementation, and management of compliance programs across owned and affiliated physician practices. The role reports to the Director of Compliance and requires critical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to lead audits, risk assessments, and policy development.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS at a minimum; experience can substitute for education.
  • Certifications in general healthcare compliance strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance.
  • Up to 50% travel, at a minimum required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct compliance audits and monitoring activities.
  • Onsite practice visits requiring travel to conduct assessments.
  • Assist in developing compliance programs from due diligence to operations.
  • Provide SME in healthcare compliance, coding, billing and fraud, waste and abuse.
  • Prepare regulatory risk assessments and corrective actions with leadership.
  • Support compliance leaders at practices and generate reports for leadership.
  • Implement compliance systems and processes across practices.
  • Develop and update compliance policies per federal and state laws.
  • Maintain relationships between compliance, legal and operations at all levels.
