U.S. Bank is seeking a Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Manager (BBRM) to build and grow relationships with healthcare practices, guiding clients from origination to long-term expansion with sophisticated credit structures and treasury solutions.

The role requires seven+ years of relevant experience and deep knowledge of healthcare ownership and credit standards, with a remote posting and on-site expectation near locations three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven or more years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare banking and complex credit structuring experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships.
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development.
• Lead complex financial conversations and structure credit solutions including cashflow lending, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, buyouts, CRE, construction, and value-based lending.
• Deliver holistic financial solutions by coordinating across Treasury Management, Payments, Credit Cards, Wealth Advisory, Capital Markets, and Equipment Finance.
• Advise healthcare clients on growth initiatives including de novo expansion and acquisitions.
• Maintain full accountability for the client relationship while orchestrating internal partnerships in a large, matrixed organization.
• Apply strong credit judgment and risk discipline while balancing growth, profitability, and client experience.
